We as a builder feel that proper ‘communication’ between builder and owner are the most important tool used when building a home. We feel that we are not building a home for you, but rather we are building the home ‘WITH YOU’. We encourage an ‘open key policy’, ware in you, the owner have a key to visit as many times as you feel during every stage of construction. It is because of this that all of our projects are delivered with zero defect final inspections.

Glen Eagle Homes Limited is a registered builder with TARION warranty program since 2003.TARION are the regulator of the new home building industry in Ontario and have beenfor over 30 years. In this role, they license all new home and condominium builders in the province and ensure that all new homeowners receive the new home warranty coverage that they are entitled to ‘BY THE LAW’. Although Tarion outlines it’s warranty items and timelines quite clearly, we find that some of there guidelines are not up to our standards, in saying this we exceed there requirements and warranty time periods until full satisfaction is achieved. We pride ourselves in having a flawless record. Glen Eagle Homes is proud to say we have never been filed or had an item listed on a Tarion deficiency form, PDI, 30 day, year end, conciliation, etc. For more information visit: www.tarion.com
